Terms of Use

APEX is software for automated trading on cryptocurrency exchanges (Bybit, Binance) that we provide to you by subscription. By opening an account and using APEX, you agree to these terms. If something here does not work for you, please do not use the service.

1. What APEX is

You pay for access to the software that executes trades on your exchange account according to your settings. APEX is a tool. We are not an exchange, a broker, a bank, or a financial advisor. We do not give investment advice and we do not manage your money.

2. Your money stays with you

Your funds always stay solely on your own account at the exchange. APEX does not hold, receive, or transfer client money. We connect to the exchange via an API key that you create yourself — and that key is for trading only (no withdrawal access). We physically cannot withdraw or transfer your money.

3. No income guarantees

Trading cryptocurrency involves high risk. You may lose part or all of the funds you invest. APEX does not promise or guarantee any profit. Past results say nothing about future ones. APEX is a tool for automation and risk management, not a way to earn guaranteed income.

4. What you are responsible for

By using the service, you agree to:

• Choose the amount, risk level, and trading pairs yourself — and take responsibility for those decisions.
• Create an API key for trading only (no withdrawal access) and never share a key with withdrawal access with anyone.
• Keep safe your access to your exchange account and to the email used to register APEX.
• Not use the service for actions prohibited by the law of your country.

5. What we are not responsible for

The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for:

• Losses from trading operations — this is market risk that you take on yourself.
• Failures, errors, delays, or blocks on the exchange side.
• Interruptions of connection, internet, or electricity on your side.
• Actions of third parties who gained access to your account through your fault.

In any case, the maximum amount of our liability is limited to the amount of your most recent subscription payment.

6. When we may suspend access

We may suspend or terminate access if we see:

• Attempts to hack, attack, or bypass technical restrictions.
• Bypassing plan limits or sharing a single access among several people.
• Violation of the law or of these terms.

7. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms — for example, when we add new features or exchanges. We will give advance notice of important changes (by email or in your account). If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new version.

8. Age

The service is available only to adults — persons aged 18 and over.
